Dear Governor George W. Bush,

Sea turtles are drowning in the nets of shrimp fishers by the hundreds. I
urge you to sign an executive order and create a marine reserve that is
off-limits to commercial shrimping along the coast of Padre Island, Texas.
This is the perfect opportunity to save sea turtles and demonstrate to
American voters that you will protect our remarkable natural heritage.
Thank you for your attention to this very important issue.
